Hi, friend.
How’s it going?
Journals, planners, and workbooks are all the rage in the first quarter of each year. A promise of a new life, a fresh start, a different mindset – who could resist?
While I adore this sort of thing, I want to bring something up that I know many of you struggle with:
Implementation.
There are plenty of reasons we come up against these blocks, and unfortunately, there’s not a one-size-fits-all answer that I can give you.
This is where the magic of deep inner coaching comes in, as each client brings something different to the table.
However, as you intentionally and persistently look those blocks in the eye, their power over you will diminish. In other words, face them without judgment, accept them fully, and release them.
The journal prompts below will help you prioritize the things that really matter so that you can spend less time worrying about how you're not being/doing/having enough.
Now, grab your favorite journal because this is the good stuff.
**I selected a few questions from The Pathway to Peace specifically to help you as you continue along the journey from chaos to calm**
Taking the time to explore those answers for yourself will give you some clarity. Enjoy!
1. What makes time disappear for you? (What do you enjoy so much, or get easily absorbed in that you don’t notice time passing?)
2. What does it mean to feel alive? (In your words, in your definition.)
3. In an ideal world, how much time/energy/money would you spend prioritizing those things?
4. What do you need to adjust in your schedule so that you can make that happen?
One last thing: The doors close for The Pathway to Peace TONIGHT at 7:59 pm CST. There are currently seven spots available.
If you seek a safe and supportive group to lift you up and help you find inner peace, this is definitely for you: https://catchingyourbreath.com/courses/peace/

As far as planners go, I've also learned this year that having the right one for you makes a huge difference too. I don't like the one I got this year and I'm finding that the different areas in my life that I used the planner for are now lacking. I need to go out and get a new one. Anyway, this has nothing to do really, with this post, just information. :) I love these prompts.
